Quick Start — 4 Steps

Connect OP_WALLET
Click "Connect OP_WALLET" top right. You need tBTC for fees + OP_20 tokens to stake.

Browse Pools
Go to Pools tab. Filter by open/full/APY. Check staker count — more stakers = lower per-staker APY.

Stake Tokens
Click pool → enter amount → approve + transfer tokens. Rewards accrue proportionally immediately.

Unstake & Earn
Unstake any time (unless locked). Receive original tokens + ALL accrued rewards in one transaction.

How Rewards Work

KRYPTEX uses a fixed deposit reward model. Creator deposits tokens into pool contract on deploy. These are the only rewards — no minting, no inflation.

Your Share = Your Stake ÷ Total Staked × Reward Pool
Your APY = (Your Share ÷ Stake) × (365 ÷ Duration) × 100%
  • More stakers join → APY dilutes for everyone
  • You stake more → proportionally more rewards
  • Pool empties → unstake works, rewards = 0
  • Early stakers → best APY before dilution
⚠️ Stake responsibly. Rewards dilute with more participants. Always check staker count + remaining rewards before joining.

Slot Scarcity System

Each pool has a maximum staker count set by the creator. This creates healthy competition:

  • Slots available → anyone can stake (first-come, first-served)
  • Slots full → new stakers wait for an existing staker to unstake
  • Early stakers benefit most before dilution sets in
  • Pool red progress bar = nearly full — act fast

For Pool Creators — Step by Step

  1. Connect OP_WALLET with sufficient tBTC balance
  2. Go to Deploy tab — enter your OP_20 token contract address
  3. Set reward pool amount — tokens transferred from your wallet to pool contract
  4. Set max stakers — recommended 25–200 for good scarcity/reach balance
  5. Set duration — shorter = higher APY display, longer = slower reward drain
  6. Optional: set lock period to prevent immediate unstaking
  7. Pay 0.0005 tBTC deploy fee — auto-sent to treasury
  8. Pool goes live immediately in the public directory

LP Token & OP_20 Burner Guide

Go to the 🔥 Burner tab. Two tools available:

  • MotoSwap LP Burn — Enter LP token contract address + amount → confirm in OP_WALLET → liquidity locked forever. Receive full transaction receipt with TX hash and updated supply.
  • OP_20 Token Burn — Enter token address + amount → preview supply impact → confirm → tokens permanently destroyed. Shows before/after supply.
🚨 Burns are 100% irreversible. Double-check contract address and amount before confirming in OP_WALLET.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I lose my staked tokens?
Your principal (staked tokens) is always recoverable. You can unstake any time (barring a lock period). Only rewards can be zero if the pool runs dry. Principal is never at risk from other stakers.
What happens when the reward pool is empty?
You can still unstake and receive your original tokens. You just won't earn further rewards. The pool card shows a depleting red progress bar as rewards are paid out.
What is OP_NET?
OP_NET is a smart contract execution layer built natively on Bitcoin L1 — no bridges, no EVM, no wrapped tokens. OP_20 is its fungible token standard similar to ERC-20.
Why are fees in tBTC?
tBTC is the native currency of the OP_NET Bitcoin L1 testnet. Fees are minimal (0.0005 deploy / 0.00002 per tx) and sustain builder development.
Can a pool creator rug stakers?
No. Reward tokens are locked in the pool contract on deployment — creators cannot withdraw them. Creators can only pause new stakes; existing stakes/unstakes are always available.
